YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT!

After reading another one of “those” police reports where my client had confessed in a criminal law case, I asked the Detective to buy me a bumper sticker: Shut up stupid. The Detective’s response, “no way, this makes it too easy!” Don’t make it easy. Consult with a criminal defense attorney before speaking to police.

Let me remind you:

You have the right to remain silent - use it!!
Anything you say can and WILL be used against you – and it will!
You have the right to an Attorney – I’m a phone call away.
